Scope of Work
1. Dismantling Works
The project commenced with the systematic dismantling of existing structural steel trusses and masonry elements. The dismantling process is being executed with strict adherence to site safety protocols, controlled crane lifting operations (utilizing ACE mobile cranes), and organized material clearing to prepare the site for main foundation construction.
2. Foundation Works
Following the dismantling phase, heavy earthwork excavation and foundation activities are being undertaken using TATA HITACHI EX200LC excavators and JCB backhoe loaders to establish a robust structural base for the industrial facility, ensuring multi-decade load capacity and soil stability.
3. RC Wall Shuttering
The project includes heavy-duty 12-inch RC wall shuttering works, involving rigid formwork assembly, steel reinforcement cage positioning, and precision alignment prior to concrete pouring. Continuous vibration and concrete pump boom placement ensure void-free, high-strength reinforced concrete walls.
4. New Construction
The ongoing works are part of the core development of a modern industrial facility, progressing systematically through foundation casting, wall shuttering, column reinforcement, and structural erection stages.
