About Project

Executed comprehensive infrastructure development for Punjab Association School, located in Anna Nagar and Mogappair, Chennai. The project focused on structural enhancements, classroom modernization, and external area development. The estimated project value is ₹3.75 Crores.

Scope of Work:

• Laying of RR masonry and construction of new boundary walls to secure the campus perimeter.
• Remodelling of classrooms with glass partitions, new flooring, false ceilings, and fresh coats of paint for a modernized learning environment.
• Development of a dedicated parking area and a well-designed visitor hall for improved functionality.
• Execution of essential structural repair works to ensure safety and longevity of the school buildings.
