External Development Works – SRM College, Kattankulathur

Executed comprehensive external development works for SRM College, Kattankulathur, covering an estimated area of 3000 Sq.ft. The project was undertaken to improve campus infrastructure and surface utilities, with a total estimated budget of ₹5.12 Crores.

Scope of Work:

• Clearing and preparation of the site including subgrade formation.
• Laying of Granular Sub-Base (GSB) and Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) layers, including shoulders.
• Construction of RCC stormwater drains for effective site drainage.
• Laying of high-strength paver blocks for internal roads and pedestrian pathways.
