About Project

Comprehensive infrastructure development works executed across multiple campuses of Orchid International School – Pallikaranai, Velachery, and Manapakkam, Chennai. The project encompassed civil, interior, sports facility, and utility infrastructure, enhancing the school's overall functionality and student experience.

Scope of Work

• Pallikaranai Campus: Civil, interior, MEP, STP, PEB, and waterproofing works. Construction of basketball and futsal courts, and driveway paving.
• Velachery Campus: Development of basketball and futsal courts, skating rink, children’s play area, and driveway pavers.
• Manapakkam Campus: RCC compound wall construction, precast drain installation, MEP works, and driveway paving.
