About Project

Executed a comprehensive government infrastructure project for the Tamil Nadu Police Housing Board (TNPHB), covering both the P4 Basin Bridge Police Station and Cyber Arangam at the DGP Office, Chennai. The project focused on delivering state-of-the-art facilities to support law enforcement operations and digital investigation capabilities.

The works encompassed civil construction, interior finishing, and full-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems. From structural execution to HVAC, lighting, and security installations, our team ensured timely and quality delivery with strict compliance to government standards.

• Complete civil, interior, and MEP works for P4 Basin Bridge Police Station.
• Full interior execution of Cyber Arangam at the DGP Office, Chennai, including partitioning, electrical, and technology-integrated fit-outs.
