AARAA Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. successfully executed the turnkey design and construction of a massive 35,000 Sq. Ft. Industrial Work Shed for Meganath Alloys in Gummidipoondi, Chennai. Delivered within a budget of ₹2.50 Crores, the project was engineered to accommodate high-capacity metallurgical operations, heavy alloy fabrication, and continuous material processing.
Located within the prominent industrial corridor of Gummidipoondi, North Chennai, the facility provides an optimized operational layout that supports heavy overhead crane movement, high-load industrial flooring, and efficient ventilation required for metal processing units.
Comprehensive Scope of Work
- Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Structural Framing: Complete design, fabrication, alignment, and erection of high-grade structural steel trusses and columns engineered for heavy machinery loads.
- Civil & Substructure Works: Foundation excavation, deep RCC column footings, plinth beam construction, and heavy-duty industrial floor slab concreting with anti-abrasive surface hardeners.
- Roofing & Cladding Systems: Installation of leak-proof, color-coated galvalume roofing sheets with heat insulation layers and high-volume ridge ventilators for continuous air exchange.
- MEP & Electrical Setup: Full electrical wiring, industrial power distribution panels, high-bay LED lighting arrays, and utility piping for compressed air and water lines.
- Site Infrastructure & Drainage: Construction of reinforced peripheral compound walls, heavy-vehicle asphalt access roads, and integrated stormwater drainage networks.
Engineering & Technical Highlights
To meet the stringent structural demands of Meganath Alloys, AARAA Infrastructure implemented precision PEB structural engineering. Clear-span steel framing was adopted to maximize internal usable floor area, ensuring zero column obstructions across primary fabrication bays.
