Role Overview

Seeking a target-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth across industrial civil construction, PEB structures, commercial fit-outs, and solar EPC projects in Tamil Nadu and South India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business leads, industrial clients, corporate developers, and tender opportunities.
  • Lead client presentations, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract closings.
  • Build relationships with architects, structural consultants, industrial park developers, and project managers.
  • Track market trends, competitive intelligence, and pipeline progress.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

Educational Qualification: B.E. Civil / MBA in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 2 to 5 years experience in business development or B2B sales for construction, PEB, or EPC infrastructure projects.
  • Strong network among industrial developers, manufacturing clients, and architects.
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
