The project is being executed for the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) and represents a significant infrastructure development in Tamil Nadu's coastal water management masterplan.

Scope of Civil & Allied Works

Under the ₹5.19 Crore work package awarded by prime contractor VA Tech Wabag Limited, AARAA Infrastructure is executing core building civil and structural engineering tasks, including:

• Structural Concrete Execution: Heavy RCC raft foundations, retaining walls, pump house substructures, and water containment units designed for high-salinity coastal environments.
• Equipment Foundations & Pedestals: Precision casting of heavy machinery pedestals for high-pressure SWRO booster pumps, filtration units, and energy recovery systems.
• Internal Utility Corridors & Trenches: Reinforced concrete cable trenches, chemical dosing pipe ducts, and drainage channels tailored for industrial plant operations.
• Coastal Site Engineering: Specialized concrete mix design, dewatering controls, and anti-corrosion rebar protection suitable for Perur's coastal soil chemistry.
