AARAA Infrastructure welcomed representatives from Dr. Dharmambal Government Polytechnic College for Women, Tharamani, at our office for an interaction with their students currently undergoing internship training with AARAA Infrastructure.
The visit provided an opportunity for the college representatives to meet the interns, review their progress and discuss the next stage of their structured training programme.
Reviewing Student Progress
During the interaction, the college representatives met with the students and discussed their experience and progress during the internship period.
The first mid-term assessment and marks were reviewed and discussed, providing an opportunity to evaluate the students' development during the initial phase of their practical training.
The interaction also included discussions with the Operations Head and HR team at AARAA Infrastructure, covering the students' training progress and their continued exposure to the professional working environment.
Discussion on the Second Phase of Training
The meeting also focused on the second-phase syllabus of the internship programme.
The upcoming training phase will continue to provide the students with practical exposure while building on the knowledge and experience gained during the first phase.
The discussion between the college representatives and AARAA's team helps maintain alignment between the students' academic requirements and their practical industry training.
Strengthening Industry–Academia Interaction
Such interactions provide an important connection between academic institutions and the construction industry, allowing educators to understand how students are progressing in a professional environment while giving interns an opportunity to discuss their learning journey.
