About Project

Executed the expansion of an industrial facility for RAMKY at Gummidipoondi, covering a total built-up area of 35,000 Sq.Ft. The project focused on enhancing operational space and utilities to support growing production requirements. Completed efficiently within a total project budget of ₹1.1 Crores.

Scope of Work

• Civil and structural works including foundations, columns, and roofing systems.
• PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) integration for fast-track shed erection.
• Flooring, internal partitions, and utility infrastructure enhancements.
• Basic MEP works including electrical distribution, lighting, and plumbing.
• External development including approach roads and drainage provisions.
