About Project

Successfully completed the construction of a Shell Petrol Bunk located in Wagholi, Pune City. The project involved end-to-end execution of civil, structural, and finishing works to deliver a fully operational fuel station. The total project budget was ₹1.2 Crores.

Scope of Work

• Site development and excavation works for underground tanks and foundations.
• Construction of canopy structure, RCC works, and pump island platforms.
• Execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) installations for station operations.
• Driveway and paver block laying for vehicle movement and customer access.
• Finishing works including painting, signage installation, and external lighting setup.
