Scope of Work
- Design and erection of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structure suitable for industrial operations.
- Civil works including foundation, flooring, and plinth beam construction.
- Installation of roofing and cladding sheets with proper insulation and ventilation systems.
- Provision of utility lines and basic MEP works for machinery setup and lighting.
- External works including compound wall, approach road, and stormwater drainage.
